Moonboot Sizing Information: Long Boot –

The Foam/Gel Moonboot provides an additional and unique option of 2 ankle pockets, which provides the beneficial option of initial ice treatment with specially designed gel packs, followed by specially designed High density foam strips once swelling is reduced.

Insert either the gel or foam inserts provided with the Moonboot.

FOR HEAT TREATMENT
Warm the small gel packs by submerging them in boiling water in a bucket (3-5min) before inserting them into the pockets on the inside of the Moonboot.

FOR COLD TREATMENT
Refrigerate/freeze the gel packs prior to inserting.

INTENDED USE/INDICATIONS
The Foam/Gel Moonboot provides support for stable fracture of foot and/or ankle, severe ankle sprains and post-operative use.

The Air & Foam/Gel Moonboot’s sole has specially and uniquely designed air pockets that assist with shock absorption and provides superior walking comfort.

The foam liner is unique and made from EX-60 High density foam and is also flame retardant. The boot provides for improved air flow, to cater for local conditions, as well as a comfortable heel insert to assist patient while sleeping.

Conditions that can be treated with a Moonboot: Plantar Fasciitis/Heel pain; Ball of foot Pain; Severe ankle sprains; Metatarsal Stress Fracture; Stable foot and/or ankle fractures; Tendonitis.
